CANCELLATION FEES

3. No show at beginning, or cancellation during trip Entire Trip Fee

You will not pay cancellation fees if:
1. You are not approved by the trip leader (once the trip leader has received your approval forms)
2. You take your name off a waiting list.
3. You fail to move off a waiting list onto a trip as a signed-up participant.
