Passports & Visas

All visitors should have a passport which is valid for 6 months after their intended departure from Namibia together with onward travel documents prior to departure (unless available on entry).
Please verify with your travel agent or relevant consulate concerning visa entry requirements. Should you be visiting other countries besides Namibia, please make the necessary visa and other travel document arrangements for those countries as well. All those going on the 7 Day Angolan Fishing Safari, should ensure that the have the necessary travel documents to enter Angola.

Insurance

Guests should ensure that they carry appropriate medical and travel insurance to cover themselves and their dependants during their journey. Namibia Executive Tours and Fishing Safaris does not take any responsibility for any loss, damage or theft of personal property or any personal injury, accident or illness incurred while on their trip.
Health Insurance should include full medical, emergency evacuation and repatriation cover. Baggage and Money Insurance is also strongly recommended. Should you have to cancel or curtail your journey we cannot refund you the money for the rest of the package. Should this happen your insurance may cover you, depending on the reason for cancellation.

Fishing Permits

For those going on a Fishing Safari, all Fishing permits will be obtained on behalf of our clients before their arrival. Clients travelling to Angola must consult with their travel agent to secure the necessary travel documents to enter into Angola.

Some things you should pack ...

*	Bird Book (if you are interested in birds)
*	Malaria tablets (if applicable)
*	Insect repellent
*	Basic medical aid kit (incl. plasters, aspirins, Antiseptic cream etc.)
